He has collaborated with some of the most important names of fashion like Loulou de la Falaise and Yves Saint Laurent and he’s has been the jewellery designer of Lanvin house for several years. French designer Elie Top is currently launching his first solo collection “Mecaniques Celestes”, a bold, spectacular universe of geometric stellar objects, exclusively and for the first time in Athens.
