soccer in-vogue

famous football player Djibril Cisse  was the absolute star at the latest fashion story of Vogue Hellas  May issue and impressed the whole shooting crew with his professionalism and low profile attitude, despite the alteration between six- seven locations, the working hours  and the dozens of fans that approached him for a picture and an autograph.

A panther and the pants

Yesterday we were shooting in a magnificent location that had nothing to be jealous of a museum, overflowing with precious paintings and sculptures and antique furniture. a couple of photos and me with ma boss in stylistic harmony (though he’s 1.90 I managed to make him look like a dwarf. Nope definitely not my fault, there must be his YSL baggie pants’ fault I’m sure)

The main Christmas story for December issue was shot in five different locations in Athens, so we didn’t have much choice than to run around for two days  with rails and evening dresses in hand. But i love the final outcome

the next fashion story

for the last ten days i’d been more than busy preparing my next fashion editorial for October issue and i’d been running like crazy. The story was finally shot on Wednesday and seeing the outcome i felt really satisfied, happy and relieved.

this is my favorite part of the procedure, seeing the clothes and accessories gathered together, ready for the mix-and-match.

cover-story

backstage at Vogue Hellas cover shooting:  The girl looks astonishing  and the light is gorgeous. however i want to point out the significance of work team: Damien, apart from holding the lights, is also holding me, i’m holding the photographer who holds the camera. it’s a matter of solidarity.

summer story backstage

Vogue Hellas July’s issue is out, featuring the fashion story we did at breathtaking Hotel Poseidonion Grace, at Spetses last month. It’s summery and joyful and kind of 60’s on greek islands. the shooting was exhausting but fun thanks to a really good team- Mara Desypris, Manos Vynichakis and Nicolas Viliotis are always so cool to work with.
