I know a good high-waisted bikini when I see one. Maritimum Swimwear is one of those brands that you can fall for at first sight -it’s the quality, the focus on detail, the lining, the cut, it’s everything. It has been a while since I last felt that confident in a swimsuit, especially after I gave birth and I meant every single word I just said.
Stefania Frangista, the young girl that used to make pink hued teen bikinis grew up and matured through her designs and experience, and is here to present for Summer 2015 her most feminine work by now:
an elegant collection inspired by the island of Hydra in a charming color palette.
Here are my personal picks.
The collections of Stefania Frangista, the talented pretty girl behind Pink Sands, are getting better and better every season.
As she consistently declares, her bathing suits and beachwear are produced in Greece, while her fabrics are brought from Spain and are of great quality. To her lovely swimsuits and summer dresses, Stefania has added easy-breezy long skirts, caftans, some lovely pareo-scarfs and golden platted jewels by Mara Kartali, of those you want to own.
Older and new, those were my allies for the previous weekend by the seaside: The Detailors limited edition bikini, my Beirut type caftan, a clutch from Asos, the genious Charouhi-sea urchin beach bag of Katie Poutous made by organic cotton and the Te.Pareopareos for my clan.
