If you know follow me for a while, you’d know that I take good care of my hair. I recently discovered Source Essentielle by L’Oreal Professionnel, a delicate shampoo that soothes your scalp whilst removing impurities and oils, to leave hair feeling soft and supple. The main ingredients are calendula and chamomile flowers, it has a botanical fragrance and it’s silicone free.
Since the majority of leave-in conditioners don’t work well for me, I tried the lightweight spray of the new Balmain Hair Couture collection, available at Heaven on Earth. It’s easy to use and my hair don’t feel heavy afterwards.
Every now and then I visit Eleni Marneri Gallery to stock up on some Santa Maria Novella, I absolutely love them, especially the Melograno in EVERYTHING, like let’s say shampoo/eau de parfum/home fragrance/soap/body powder. My latest bath ritual is the following: I take a shower with Melograno soap, finish with a non-fragrance body oil and use the Melograno body powder to seal the magnificent scent. Try it and you’ll see magic happen.
Now, let’s talk skincare. You already know that I’ve been using Shiseido’s Future Solution LX, -I swear by that the serum- and I’ve recently added to my collection the Eye & Lip Contour cream.
The best-selling Creme de La Mer, the iconic face cream of La Mer is now available in the original 60s, limited edition, porcelain vase. A collector’s item that comes with all the benefits of the inimitable formula that works miracles. Last but not least, the eau de parfum that has marked my adult life by Serge Lutens.
