My urge when I first saw this lightweight knitted cardigan by Dog’s Dinner was to wear it over my bathing suit instead of a shirt/beach dress, but then again look how cool it looks when treated as a top with a tight belt. The reason of my last trip in Rome was an opera production. Sofia Coppola directed “La Traviata” for the recently renovated Teatro dell’Opera di Roma, while all costumes where signed by Valentino. Once again we stayed at Hotel Quirinale (impossible to forget its garden from my last trip there), which is so conveniently located next to the Opera house. Had the best carbonara at Roscioli. Did some serious shopping. Ate tons of ice cream. Walked around for hours. Enjoyed an aperitivo at Hotel de Russie. Always a pleasure to be a tourist in Rome.
My take on the off-shoulders trend. Cause when you have a killer dress, what else do you need.

At the launch of the “Vibe Tribe” limited edition collection by MAC Cosmetics I had the chance to put my hands on the new goodies before they disappear. A blush and the lipstick series (aren’t MAC lipsticks THE BEST?)
is all I need for summer -and they’re solding out like crrrrazy.

My alternative on the slip dress is this frock by Vassiliki Charitou. I like the black lining and the A-line, but what I like even more is that I can either wear it plain or partially unbuttoned

Strolling around with Baby L in a knitted rib midi skirt with matching top by H&M -sometimes
a new mom needs much the confidence boost of a side split. Here also sporting the Ippolito Maternity bucket backpack, the chicest diaper bag I’ve ever seen, made of fine leather with all the necessary pockets and elastic bands. I got mine in baby pink. Flat lace ups Sante Shoes.
