if you’re around thirty and lived your childhood in Greece, this post is for you: for years i ‘d been wondering about this cartoon i used to watch as a kid and two days ago i made a small net search (what were we doing before internet really?) and mystery solved: Les Mondes Engloutis or Shagma or in greek The secret of the brass was a magnificent french cartoon series, very mystical, with references to ancient myths of the earth and historical persons- i loved it and i dare say that all these years i remembered the opening song, by-hold your breath- Anna Vissi. Oh really.
