a part of Vogue Hellas 60′s story for september issue was shot at Maquillazoo make up salon, the new store of Fotis Sergoulopoulos at Syntagma square, a vintage jewel with 60′s furniture and retro aesthetics. my personal favorite photos of Sophia Holmes is the one laying on the couch with some 45s on the floor, dressed in Jean-Paul Gaultier brocade deux-pieces and Casadei satin pumps and the other in Celine, with the extra-terrestrial Italian Greyhound Fonda de Princes de Minos that stole our hearts.

T-shirts have been a constant fixture in all Riccardo Tisci’s collections for Givenchy, reworking that icon of the men’s wardrobe and modern street culture every season since.
Today a special edition of 3 t-shirts captures the mood and inspiration of the fall/winter season:
-Stars & stripes: a re-interpreted version of the American flag painted vertically in red and white in triple print layer technique with inserted Rottweiler dog face
- Scarf Print : twisting the classic square ‘silk scarf’ print reworked in a gothic style using elements of chains, white stars, bones and growling dogs printed in a multi-layer screen print
- Rottweiler’s photographic face: featuring the main print of the Fall/Winter season, the face of a Rottweiler in a photographic technique.

“Muta” by Miu Miu
Beverly Hills, 19 of July 2011 – Miu Miu flies to Los Angeles for the premiere of “Muta”, the short film directed by Argentinian director Lucrecia Martel, which is also the second chapter of The Miu Miu Women’s Tales project: A contemporary film noir and a personal reflection on the transformative power of femininity.
For this occasion, an iconic 1920s mansion on La Collina Drive was transformed by Oscar winning set designer Martin Childs. Their interior designs were inspired by the Miu Miu Autumn/Winter 2011 collection where old Hollywood from the 40’s meets European Glamour. The intention of the set design was to recreate a cinematic film noir stage which has been abandoned by its actors.
Upon entering the courtyard, guests encountered a vintage car with chauffer from the 1940 s, setting the tone for mystery and glamour. Guests were invited to mingle with characters living within the light, and intriguing shadows of the home.
During the course of the evening, a cigarette girl presented guests with the Miu Miu Noir sunglasses collection, which represented the main characters in the film. Guests and young actresses had the privilege of trying on the sophisticated 40s styles while
being photographed by a roving reporter.
Versace for H&M
the next H&M collaboration is with italian house Versace and will be available from November 17th 2011 in some 300 stores around the world, as well as on-line. This collection will include iconic Versace pieces for both women and men, in gold, leather and colorful prints. There will be some belts, jewelry and even a few Home cushions and bed linen.

A sensuous playroom is the setting for the new Prada womenswear campaign, shot by Steven Meisel. It reveals a new laid back approach to elegance in a relaxed atmosphere laced with sophisticated fashion knowing.
This campaign exemplifies an-anything-goes attitude to fashion maximalism but is delivered with a unique sense of grace and casualness. innocence meets refinement in this timeless tableau. The delicate sensuality expressed by the fresh-faced models is at-odds with the sophisticated fashion on display: tromp l’oeil boots in grown-up velvet masquerade as girlish knee-highs, oversized coquettish lapels are paneled in fur and python bags are cradled like cute teddy bears. It’s a dressing room of contemporary desire disguised as a playroom of childhood dreams.
At its centre the models emit a youthful luminosity and nonchalant sophistication, creatively capturing the subtle duality at the heart of this new collection.

Mac Cosmetics presented the new make up trends for next winter the other day at Ileana Tounta gallery, having as a special guest the senior artist of Mac and famous make up artist worldwide, señor Baltasar Gonzalez Pinel. According to Mac four major trends will be the hit of the next season: androgyny, mod-ernist, disco-tech and amber-gris, all beautifully illustrated in a two-hour presentation of Mr. Baltasar and the Mac team.
